Service model
Taaza Thela connects customers with approved nearby hawkers and shops. Vendors use their own thela, cycle, bike, shop or other declared service method. Taaza Thela does not promise a separate delivery rider unless expressly shown for a particular service.
Service radius
Each vendor may have a stationary, walking, cycle, bike or custom service range. Availability depends on the customer's location, vendor status, stock and declared service capability.
Estimated arrival time
Any displayed or vendor-provided arrival time is an estimate. Traffic, weather, vendor movement, product preparation and local conditions can cause delays. Vendors should provide realistic updates and customers should remain reachable.
Customer visit or pickup
Stationary hawkers and fixed shops may offer navigation or customer pickup instead of doorstep service. The app should clearly show the available mode before a request is confirmed.
Product confirmation
Before travelling or preparing an order, the vendor and customer should confirm key items, approximate quantity, price, substitutions and method of service.
Safety
Do not share OTPs, payment PINs or unnecessary personal information. Meet vendors at a safe and accessible location. Report harassment, fraud or unsafe conduct immediately.
